There are several mansion keys you'll find throughtout the game. Check the key to see what shape it is--it should be like a diamond or heart or something and will unlock the doors that take that kind of shape.

Lost In Nightmares takes place three years before the events in Africa where Jill and Chris pursue Spencer in his mansion once again. It is set in a very Resident Evil 1 sort of feel but with the same action style as Resident Evil 5.
