The most commonly used context for the letter T in medical documentation is to label the temperature. The vitals signs temperature, pulse and respiration are often abbreviated TPR.

T means: tera-; tesla; threonine; thymine or thymidine; tetanus toxoid; thoracic vertebrae (T1-T12); intraocular tension. Except 'thoracic' others are not medical term.

Well some are names of chemical sustances like: threonine, thymine etc.

If you see a "T" with a dot over it on a prescription, it means "one."
