"to be or not to be" means human matter is capable of the unimaginable, the matter of conscience divides mentality decision, keping in mind fear, anger, sentimentality, jealousy, untruthfullness, deceit, disloyality,to an extent the human ego impregnates a focused(tantrik) concentration of belief that suffice to say, is so intoxicating, that it makes the consciousness thinking of such a thought of achieving the impossible, the self ego of survival to dominate others of similar nature.

the statement implies clearly its not a matter of capabilty but conscience.

The phrase "to be or not to be" is from Shakespeare's play Hamlet and is a contemplation on life and death. It reflects the existential question of whether it is better to exist and endure the struggles of life or to end one's suffering through death. It encapsulates the internal conflict and uncertainty faced by the character of Hamlet.
