In an interview with Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Stephenie Meyer, she said the Apple had meaning for her on the cover of Twilight. However, the following book covers were chosen and designed by the publishers and don't necessarily mean anything to her.
nothing.
OOOOH! I KNOW! Ok so I got this of Stephanie Meyer's website. The cover shows a flower that's petal has come off. This means it's dying. This shows that Bella is dying without Edward.
My ideas are a picture of a pen or a picture of the book cover.
In the book it is Bella's birthday and Alice decorates the Cullen house with flowers etc. while opening her presents Bella gets a paper cut and jasper goes into a frenzy. She is pushed into glass accidently and cuts her arm, covering the flowers with blood
Picture is to frame as cover is to book. Just as a frame is used to enhance and protect a picture, a cover serves to protect and present a book. Both frames and covers play a crucial role in showcasing the content they enclose.

The original book cover is some sort of flower. There aer now a few different book covers for New Moon. Some have Bella and Jacob.
It has a picture of Flametail on the cover.
All of the other overs have a meaning but this one. Stephenie Meyer stated on her website that the ruffled tulip has nothing to do with the book.
It is a ruffled tulip and Stephenie Meyer didn't have anything to do with creating this cover so on her website StephenieMeyer.com she states that even she doesn't know what it means.
on the book cover of new moon is a ruffled tulip though on the special edition one it has Jacob, Bella and edward on the cover and on the cover of the movie it also has Jacob, Bella and edward
Looking at the picture on the cover
