Hello!
just found out about this quote myself and i did a bit of digging - it is a poem by a scottish poet called Alexander Smith, it is over 100 years old!
Google: "i cannot deem why men toil so for fame" - i can't seem to attach the link!
You might enjoy reading it, and it will be more fulfilling to extract the meaning, but if you want i can tell you what it means :P
Depends on what you mean by "quote out" ?
A dumb oafish boy that eats too little and always complains
She most likely misses you. Try to work out and see where you get.

" " " "
The word quote means to name the price of something. It can also mean to say something. e.g. He said he could quote what happened in the car crash.

Cardiac Output or carbon monoxide, depending on the context. When written "c/o," it may mean "complains of."cardiac outputcarbon monoxide
Million. ('thousand thousand')
The quote implies that without freedom the soul will die.
That means to express the same meaning as the quote but rephrased in your own words.
