it means everyone has the right to be treated equally and not be discriminated against e.g. if two people ask or water in a hospital and they are both different race and only one of them get the water and the other one doesnt even though he has asked first
right to be treated equally and not discriminated against
Because they were once discriminated and were not treated right back then.
very poorly. they were discriminated on soley because of the color of their skin. they were denied their right to vote, their right to higher education, better jobs. They were lynched and treated awful. They were also slaves until the 1860s
People have realized that in a democracy, all contributing members of society should get the right to vote. Women should not be discriminated against because of their sex and deserve the right to vote just as men deserve the right to vote.
single parents are discriminated because the overnment want you to think its wrong and that it is not ethically right trust me, its a conspiracy
No, it is not right to make anyone a slave against their will. Slavery is a violation of basic human rights and goes against the principles of equality and freedom. Every individual deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, and forced enslavement is a grave injustice.
It already is a humans rights issue in Ghana. Not only is male same-sex sexual activity illegal, but gays are routinely discriminated against, tortured, and murdered. And there is no sign of any improvement. It already is a humans rights issue in Ghana. well umm they were treated the same way as America they were treated right and well no one made fun of them they were treated the right way someone should be treated.
some Indian's were treated like slave's. some were treated with respect and others might be treated right in the middle
No. There are almost 2 billion children in the world, most of which are not receiving a good education, or any education at all. This violates the right to an education. We have right to not be tortured, however, a Briton is currently being detained in Iraq and tortured, without a trail. This doesn't only violate the right not to be tortured, but the right to a fair trail. So Iraq is a counrt in which human rights are not respected. Even in the UK and the USA, human rights are not respected. The right to not be discriminated against is violated constantly. Mainly at work, with people being discriminated because of the colour of their skin, their age, their sexuality, their religion etc.
