There is no way to post a picture here, but all starters look pretty much the same. You can go to an on-line parts source such as Autozone, Kragens or Napaonline, they usually have pictures of their merchandise.

It sounds like the starter relay is the clicking sound. Check to see if power is leaving the relay when the switch is turned to starting mode.

sounds like you have broken some teeth on the fly wheel gear.Hopefully it on the starter itself which is easier to replace.
The starter motor is behind the crank pulley on the passenger side. This is not a driveway job. You'll need a lift and a few special tools if you're trying to replace it your self.

1990 was the last year Chevrolet made Celebrities. If you mean catalytic converter they look like a muffler, some have bolt on flanges.

Unless you have reclining seats I don't know of any available adjustment. I have a 1987 Celebrity sedan with a front bench seat which sits up much too straight. If there is a way I would like to recline it a bit.
