Like an electric motor--usually located at the lower rear end of the engine--follow the + battery cable

this model does not have a heater control valve, it has a specail thermostat that controls flow.

Pretty much the same as any other Chevy starter since 1955. Passenger side, below the exhaust manifold and going into the transmission. 7-8 inches long, 4 inch diameter with a hump on the side.
