I do not have a doctorate in psychoanalysis, but I would say that your dream simply means that you subconsciously know that you have no future with that "guy" and you are ready to let go. Although you say you no longer "like" him, he is still on your mind; whether that is on a subconscious or conscious level. Which would explain why you dreamt about him. The reason why you hug him and walk away is because you are finally content with the situation and you are letting go. Its kind of like a good-bye. When you see him hug another girl, this should not bother you.
