It appears that you have combined two or more Bible scriptures. My comments are confined to the first verse you mentioned.

The word "blood" was added to the original Greek text of Acts 17:26 by the King James translators, and almost every translation since that time has continued the tradition of adding the word "blood". The verse is perplexing to many without the addition of that word. The American Standard Version contains a more literal translation of the Greek. It reads "26 and he made of one every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth, having determined their appointed seasons, and the bounds of their habitation....".

I am of the opinion that the "one" referred to by the Apostle Paul is one image, and that this image is the image of God. According to scripture, there are some attributes that all men have in common, regardless of race or ethnicity. For example, they are all made "male and female". They are all created from the dust of the earth. They are all made in the image of God. God has bound all men over to disobedience so that he may have mercy on them. (Romans 11:32) And there is only one name given (Jesus) by which men may be saved (Acts 4:12).

The common assertion that all the myriad races of men came from Adam and Eve contradicts very plain facts that are logically deduced from the first two chapters of Genesis. In Genesis 1, we learn that God created man in his own image on the sixth day of creation, and he created them male and female. In Genesis chapter 2, we read of the creation of Adam, which occurred at some point on the third day, after the dry land appeared, but before any green living thing had come forth on the earth. So one who reads The Bible literally must conclude that the man created on day 3 is not among the "male and female' created on day 6.

How can you use dwell in a sentence?

This word has several meanings. To dwell means to live. "I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever" (from the Bible). We dwell in that apartment complex. To dwell also means to worry over something, to be unable to stop thinking about it. Don't dwell on your troubles so much or you will be miserable! I tend to dwell on things when I make a mistake.
