Secondly, it means "Do you have some good days?"
Unless you mean: 'Tienes un buen dia?' = Are you having a good day?
"Tienes una novia" means "Do you have a girlfriend" in Spanish.

"buenas tardes" is Mexican for "good afternoon"

"buenas dias" is literally good day.. it is used like we would say have a good day to the sales associate at the store. The literal translation of have a nice day is "tienes un buen dia"
