I believe that she has either brown or black hair (most likely brown) and was not as pretty as her sister, Angela Wexler. But in the end of the book, Turtle (known as T.R. Wexler) becomes beautiful and ends up marring Theo, who had a crush on Angela before. I would say that you should use your imagination! Good luck!
