They want you to name one of your howrses "Tip". it doesn't matter what one, just name the howrse, validate the quest, then you can change the name back.
If someone says that they validate you as a person, they mean that they consider you to be a worthwhile person.
you go to the black market and click on the pack and click on the little buttons and after you have all of the details done click validate
Black Market > Item you want to use > Purchase from stock / with a pass > Choose the horse you want it on > Validate

first you go to the black market, click on horn of plenty, then click the button next to "use from inventory", and it will say have 1,2 or whatever number you have in your inventory. choose the repicient, and click validate. it will go to a screen that shows what you recieved. im koertchen1 on howrse
If you mean Wandering Horse's then you wait for howrse to release them, then complete the objectives that come with them!
