It means that the spinal height and vertebral alignment haven't been affected by the procedure that was performed.

Often in some spinal operations a patient's height will either decrease (or as in my case, be restored) if the operation requires removing disk material. Depending on whether or not hardware is added can also affect height and overall alignment.
