It depends on how "warm". Urine is normally the same temperature as normal body temperature. If the temperature of urine is higher than normal body temperature, then it could be a sign of fever or infection. If you suspect this, the best thing is to take your temperature with a thermometer. If your temperature is above 98.6F, see a doctor. If you have a separate, accurate thermometer, you could test the temperature of the urine as it leaves the body. This would be largely pointless, but if it was done and registered above 98.6F even after leaving the body, it would probably be advisable to contact a doctor in this case as well.
