Most anything that one could consider food, and they are not above gnawing on a few things that aren't considered food. In its active phase a werewolf (lycans to some) is more interested in enjoying himself then dining. Some of the more disreputable one are merely interested in killing, like a terrier amongst rats or bull-dogs to a bull but this is more the stereotype the movies would have us fixate on.
