This description sounds very much like sleep paralysis, a mild sleep disorder rather like a hiccup of the mind. One part of the brain begins to wake up while another area of the brain maintains the mild paralysis that is normal during deep sleep. There is no particular meaning to such dreams other than the mind's confusion while trying to fully awaken. See attached link for further information.
