Monsters don't drop the actual platebody, but they drop pieces:
One piece that is needed to make the platebody is received through the reward of the While Guthix Sleeps quest. The others are dropped by Tormented demons. You do not have to start/finish the quest to wear the platebody.
There might be a dragon platebody in runescape later , but it never came out yet so nobody knows. --------------------------- there now is a dragon platebody in runescape but it costs loads it looks very stylish and is great armour. ~Ghrulz

you have to kill dragons and the drops your looking for is ruined dragon armor 1,2and3 lastly buy a flash hammer and smith the picces together (you need 92 smithing)
You are able to get dragon platelegs in 2007 runescape, but a platebody does not exist in that version because it had not been released yet. The dragon chainbody is obtainable though.
It is possible to receive a Dragon Platebody and it just depends on your luck to see if you get it.
The price of the dragon plate currently is around 10.6M, but like anything else expensive, prices change.

It's a tier 5 platebody in RuneScape, with bonuses similiar to a Rune platebody. It is only available while Dungeoneering.
A dragon platebody is made buy combining ruined dragon armour shards from Tormented Demons. A dragon chainbody is obtained by a drop from the Kalphite Queen, or a extremely rare drop from Dust Devils.
