Betapace, Betapace AF, Sotalex and Sotacor. Same drug different name, which are all beta blockers. If you mean what is it like in comparison to an illegal drug, it has no match because it has no recreational value what so ever. It is actually anti-recreational, as it is for regulating your heart beat and can cause serious complications if you are not meant to take it.
