Northern Asia consists mostly of tundra, hilly in some parts, but quite flat in others (with the vast majority of northern Asia located in eastern Russia, as well as Mongolia, and the provinces of Manchuria and Xinjiang in China).
The question does not make sense, but there is more land in the Northern than Southern, Hemisphere.
