The eggs are due to hatch in the next couple of days
They died
It takes a maximum of 5,120 steps for a Nidoran Egg to hatch however it could be less than that due to the fact that eggs are randomly generated.
No one hatches turtle, they hatch by themselves due to nearby temperature. In most cases the mother turtle has already been long gone when the baby turtles hatch. They have to survive by themselves.
The northern cardinal is a North American bird in the genus Cardinali. It is also known as the redbird or common cardinal. The Redbird's eggs generally take 11 to 13 days to hatch.
Around 3 weeks my bantam chicken is about due to have her eggs hatch and we have let her lay on her eggs for 3 weeks!

A duck's (female) egg are fertilie only if the duck has mated with a drake (male) with in at least the two week. All eggs might not hatch this is due to many things like; heat, moisture, health of both parents and how well the duckling growing in the shell is. Some just aren't to the point of hatching before the mother leaves the nest. There are a great many things that can go wrong before hatch date.
Due date
Turtles do no get pregnant but after breeding (internal fertilization) the fertilized eggs with develop shells. At this point the female is gravid (as opposed to pregnant) because she will lay her eggs once they are formed and the embryos will develop and hatch in a nest.
In mammals, which includes humans, due to internal fertilisation, when a male sperm fertilises a female's egg, the embryo does 'hatch' and develops inside the mother's womb. After a gestation period, the baby is born via the vagina. In birds and reptiles, etc, though internal fertilisation is used, the female produces eggs that she lays and develops outside her body. For a simple example: birds lay eggs in a nest, and incubate them until they hatch, turtles lay eggs in a hole and buries them in the sand, crocodiles lay eggs in a mound of rotting vegetation, and will guard the nest site. (crocodiles and alligators are excellent mothers.)
Chicks will not always hatch out on the 21st day. Sometimes we have had to wait an extra week for the chicks to hatch, however this could be due to us not marking the correct date on the calendar. If the Mother Hen gets off the nest make sure you crack the eggs open (With extreme care) as the chicks could still be alive and ready to come out. If the hen is on the nest for 4 weeks i'd recommend taking her out and ensuring she doesn't go back on as this is extremely bad for her health.
