Dye spreads in water via a process called diffusion. Diffusion occurs in fluids (gases or liquids) and it involves particles moving from a high concentration to a low concentration. So in this context the dye is dropped in and spreads from the high concentration (where the dye was dropped in) to the rest of the water as it has a low or nil concentration of the dye in question. This happens until equilibrium where there is an equal concentration throughout the water. That is why it appear to dilute the dye as the final concentration is actually less than that of the original dye as it has spread out. Therefore this effect will be more pronounced in larger bodies of water as it spread through a larger amount of space so it spread out more and therefore less concentrated.

It will effect the Pressure [because the volume is constant]. Temperature is a measure of the kinetic energy of all the molecules of a particular substance. Low temperature means that the molecules are moving slowly. A high temperature means the molecules are moving very quickly. When particles are moving more quickly, they will hit against the walls of the container more frequently and with greater intensity, putting an expansionary pressure on the container, like a hot-air balloon. Conversely, slow moving particles hit against the walls of the container more infrequently and with less intensity, decreasing the overall pressure. Another way of saying this is that a hot gas will have greater volume and a cold gas will have less volume. OR, if you wish, hotter temperatures decrease the density of the gas while colder temperatures increase the density of the gas.
As temperature decreases, the energy of the molecules decreases. Since the energy of the molecules is stored in their translational, vibrational, and rotational motion, their overall motion will decrease and consequently the Brownian motion that results from their motion will diminish as well.
