END QUOTE from other contributors: Don' t give your ferret anything like that! they can' t have fruits, citrus, vegetables. you CAN give them meat, egg, well water. but don't give them Alcoholic Beverages! they will get very sick and they might even die.
It would most likely cause lung damage and brain damage. It could become lethargic and grow tried quicker from play. It could contract diseases and possibly even cancers. It would most likely cause death from disease or from secondhand smoke. Not a good idea to keep a pet in a house with marijuana around.
Marijuana can not cause ferrets to go into a coma and die
There are many side effects of continual use of marijuana. Some of the side effects of marijuana are extreme sleepiness, nausea, asthma, and urinary tract infections.
There is no conclusive evidence of negative long term side effects associated with the use of marijuana. The euphoric effects of marijuana only last up to three hours.
