The element that has 18 neutrons is ARGON...

Wow, why didn't look in a Periodic Table? Is easier ask here??? Actually, 18 is argon's atomic number, and it also has 18 protons and electrons.. but it has 22 neutrons. The number of neutrons = mass number - number of protons. Soo, the answer is Chlorine, 17 protons, 17 electrons and 18 neutrons

Argon is the element with 18 protons. The number of protons of any given element is easily accessible by looking at a period table, usually in the upper portion of the squares that represent each of the elements.

The atomic number is the same as the number of protons in an atom of the element. A periodic table or other reference shows that argon is the element with atomic number 18.

The Atomic Mass number is the sum of the numbers of protons and neutrons, 38 in this instance. Therefore, the only actual correspondence to the conditions specified in the question is the isotope argon-38.

Which element has the fewest proton between argon and nitrogen?

The element which has the smallest atomic number has the smallest number of protons. In this case, argon has a proton number of 18 (therefore it has 18 protons in each atom), but nitrogen has fewer protons - it has a proton number of just 7, meaning that it has seven protons per nitrogen atom.
