Confusing question.
You don't "make" carbon, but one particular form is used for pencils, graphite.
Carbon comes from the Latin language carbo, which literally means coal or the word both signifies element and coal. Carbon is a pre-historic discovery, made possible by burning organic material in casks with insufficient supply of oxygen (charcoal making). Carbon, the sixth most abundant chemical element in the universe, is represented by its chemical symbol C and an atomic designation 6. Carbon is a free element. In 1789 A.L. Lavoisier named the element carbon. In 1594, D.L.G. Harsten and A.G. Werner named the substance graphite that was being used in pencils at the time.
China is rich in oil, iron ore which is for making tanks,Coal, copper, gold, tin.lead for making pencils, zinc and rice and also to tell u China is richer than Australia in raw materials and other goods.

The key elements to making fission bombs are: Uranium and Plutonium. The specific isotopes of interest are: Uranium-233, Uranium-235, and Plutonium-239. The key elements to making fusion bombs are: Hydrogen and Lithium. The specific isotopes of interest are: Hydrogen-2 (aka Deuterium), Hydrogen-3 (aka Tritium), Lithium-6, and Lithium-7. But many other elements are needed to make a functional bomb of either type. As a very rough guess, about a quarter of the elements on the periodic table are needed somewhere in the bomb, roughly 23 different elements in total, for either type of bomb.
What an interesting question. The answer is however complex. It is possible to make small amounts of some radioactive elements or radioactive isotopes of some elements in a laboratory (usually involving a nuclear pile or an accelerator). For instance the element Plutonium is made this way.(Other radioactive elements are produced naturally by the radioactive decay of heavier radioactive elements)However, making a radioactive element or isotope from scratch requires the application of an enormous amount of energy. The place where all elements heavier than the element Iron (Fe - Atomic number 26) are made is in stellar explosions, the death of stars 8 or more times more massive than our Sun, called "supernovas".It is in supernova explosions that the radioactive elements are made.
Carbon is used as fuel,as a lubricant and making pencils and to make jewelery.
Cartoons are best made with pencils, colored pencils, and crayons. Those are the simple elements you need to make a cartoon.
The elements making up Cytosine are Nitrogen, Oxygen, Carbon, and Hydrogen.
carbon
1) Graphite is used for making the cores of our pencils called pencil leads. 2) It is used for making carbon electrodes.
Carbon is the key element in making a compound organic. It has a 4+ charge, so, it will react to other elements accordingly
Gold, silver, platinum, carbon (diamond)
Carbon has different forms, but most of us recognize it as Diamonds (used in making jewellery) and graphite (used in pencils). Carbon fibre is used extensively in the manufacture of fishing rods
1) Graphite is used for making the cores of our pencils called pencil leads. 2) It is used for making carbon electrodes. 3) Powdered graphite is used as lubricant.
Compounds are made of one or more elements. Carbon monoxide has both carbon and oxygen, making it a compound.
The technology is not in the pencil alone, but in the making of it.
Graphite is an allotrope of carbon and is semi metallic. It is a very good conductor of electricity and is also used for steel making, in batteries, brake lining and in pencils.
