(most) Sharks live in oceans, and giraffes don't go swimming, so Sharks don't eat giraffes.
The only animals that regularly eat adult giraffes are lions.

Sharks are predators, they will eat anything smaller than them, clown fish to humans.
tiger sharks eat fish,turtles,humans,crabs,mammals,sea birds,reptiles,and anything else they can catch alive. and sometimes other sharks eat tiger sharks and so. but rather than that they don't get eaten.

Other sharks, orca whales (occasionally) and larger fish (depending on the size of the shark) may eat sharks but more often than not, sharks are not prey for other animals. This is particularly true of the larger or more aggressive species such as great white sharks, bull sharks, basking sharks and whale sharks.
The same as anyone else eats, only their portions are much more than the average person.
