they get the same energy as any other food or fruit, kilojoules.
I'm not to sure about mangoes but banana's are very good sport wise foods as their
energy is burnt slower (has a low GI) and its electrolytes (which i believe is really just a fancier word for salts) are good for the body. also banana's are high in sodium and phosperous (other good nutrients for enhancing the body's performance). Mangoes are much more sugar rich but do have many other body enhancing nutrients, you may want to search the net for those. either way both are good but out of the two i would choose banana's, but that's mainly my bias view as i don't really like mangoes as much, even though i got a million at my house at the moment cas they've been dropping like leaves since the've been in season.

Eating healthy everyday is a great way for getting the energy you need! Plus, your body will look good too. For example, eating apples, bananas, carrots, Milk, eggs, bread, also have starch products too like potatoes. Your body does neednaturalfat too, but not to much. All of the above will give your body energy and will also prevent from getting head aches from the lack of iron. I hope this helps.
