The RX8 takes standard anti-freeze.
It is in the coolant expansion tank Problems with this sensor are common as they are pourous and take up coolant, eventually sinking and bringing on the coolant check light. You most likely will need to change the coolant expansion tank to cure the problem as it is usually sold as a unit. Kev
You drain coolant from the radiator. but according to the book ther are two plugs on the engine block that need to drain the coolant from.
flush the radiator
Yes. All internal combustion engines need coolant.
The bigger your car, the more coolant you need to put in. The bigger your engine and car, the more coolant you need
Just over six quarts.
A KX85 just needs regular green premixed engine coolant. To replace the coolant in the engine system, simply drain the current coolant and refill. There is no need to flush the system before replacing.
if car is blowing cold air, you need to check the thermostat, the heater core, and the heat control. the coolant will not blow cold air unless there is no coolant at all in engine, then you have bigger problem anyway

I'm in the middle of replacing the starter on my 2004 mazda 3 hatchback. The starter is on the front of the engine. You need to remove the plastic covering from underneath the engine and look between the radiator and the front of the engine from below. You will see it. Hope this helps. It took me a while to find it. The top bolt is time consuming. You might be better off paying the labor for this one. I'm wishing I did.

Possibly low coolant level or blown heater core.....also check thermostat CHECK COOLANT LEVEL FIRST. IF FULL THEN MOST LIKLY YOU NEED A THERMOSTAT.
