Yes ... the 302s are all the same....the engine mounts are different and the transmission bell housing may be slightly different, but the engines are all the same.
The 300 I6 as well as the 351 V8 will bolt up to the transmission with no issues. However, the 300I6 will require the motor mounts to be relocated.

The Vacuum line for an automatic transmission runs from the modulator valve on the rear of the transmission to a vacuum port on the intake of the engine. Any available port will do as long as it is on the intake, not the carburetor if so equipped.
