What envirnmental concerns does Europe have?

Europe is the greenest and most environmentally clean continent. Global warming and clean energy is a major concern for Europe, and a large portion of Europe's energy production is in the form of clean energy such as solar, wind, hydroelectricity, nuclear, etc. However, the overwhelmingly majority of Europe's energy is still in the form of fossil fuels, which Europe (and the world) is looking to change. Also, many of the world's greenest and most environmentally clean countries are in Europe, as expressed through the UN's environmental index.
