This question is very difficult to answer because there is no clear criterion by which you would determine the influence a religion has on a person. Secondly, we do not know all ethnic groups on Earth because there are still uncontacted native tribes in several areas of the world such as interior Brazil and Papua New Guinea. I would argue that these uncontacted tribes, who follow their religions without any of the skepticism of modern society, would be the strongest influenced by their religions because they would not even make the delineation between religion and other parts of their reality. However, as they have not been contacted, there is no way to be sure.
