Do they speak spanish? Are they Roman Catholic? Do they tend to marry whithin their group? Do they associate or form a community? Do they have a place to meet? Its not an all or nothing answer? Language, culture, awareness, ancestry, cohesiveness are all important but no criteria is always definitive

I am a Caucasian, and I have faced prejudice from non-Caucasians a few times, so I can safely assume that other Caucasians have faced some sort of prejudice as well. In my case, I think it was "revenge" for the prejudice of Caucasians in the past.
