raikou my favorite pokemon. to get it u must, must, must have a squirtle as your starter. beat the elite four. after that u r on your own u must search the grasses of kanto, and if luck really loves u raikou will appear. but its trickier to catch then finding it also if u ever see that raikou, its impossible to get to track it down because if u r in its area its gonna immideatly go to new area, which makes u angry in the process, so save your sanity and use a cheat device
