Two pieces of information brought out as evidence to use against John Proctor, due to his christian nature are:
1) He does not go to church often, and on the Holy Day of the week (Sunday) he is always working on his crops and tending to them.
2)He could not recite all of God's 10 commandments, which may have questions raised based upon his Christianity.
Hope this helped.x

Abigail is jealous and is seeking to bring harm onto Elizabeth by any means necessary. Her bitter revenge is the cause of the lies that rip Salem apart.
He confessed to committing adultery with Abigail. And when Abigail doesn't confess as well, they bring in Elizabeth. Elizabeth lies to the court to protect her husband. Proctor is accused as a liar, and he gets upset with how blind everyone is. Accusing them of witchcraft and hanging, etc. So he screams "God is Dead" thus making him guilty of witchcraft in their case.

A witness can bring in character evidence of their good character when their character is relevant to the case, such as when their credibility is being challenged. This type of evidence can be used to show the witness's reputation for honesty or truthfulness.
Any and all evidence (and testimony of witnesses) necessary to prove, or refute, the allegations.

No, you can only bring approved materials into the testing area. A high school yearbook would be confiscated. If you were looking at one during the test, a proctor could think you are cheating and you test results could be canceled as a result.
new evidence
I would bring some identification information adn some background information. You should alos bring some documentation for evidence in you discrimination claim.

Have your facts straight. Bring witnesses if you have them. Bring all of your evidence. Do not interrupt the judge or the other party. Dress appropriately. Look sharp.
