What evidence is there that the Watchtower is 'spiritually guided'?

Evidence of "spiritual" elements cannot be scientifically proven. Objectively one can only point to fact such as the magazines mission statement, (see below) content (see related links) and readership.

If the Watchtower is only' guided' and not 'inspired' does this mean they could be wrong about everything they teach?
Individuals guided by God's spirit are unlikely to be wrong in "everything" they teach since they would, in principle, be at least guided towards the bible as their chief source of information.

the watchtowers are not hypocritical they help witnesses become more spiritually minded.
