What exercise lifts the butt?

The best execise to lift the glutes are squarts, lunges and stair climbing. I have a friend how had a flat butt and wanted to tone it. We started off with plain squats, lunges and climbing stairs in her house. After a few weeks she was doing all the exercises with weights and after a few months had an butt like two big round pebbles.
