Start on a trampoline. Start with a simple straight air. you can do this by keeping your legs bent then spring up with your arms in front of you. Then do a bunch of kill bounces. you can do this by getting as high as you can then bend your knees instead of springing up. Kill bounces help for mogul skiing. Then you can start doing flips or spins. Just remember to takeoff before you start your rotation.
