There's not many extinct animals and plants in the Tundra, but the extinct/endangered list includes, polar bears (which were rated in ICUN's Red List), Tibetan blue bear, and the European brown bear. The Musk Ox is also classified as an endangered species. The Arctic fox and the white owl are endangered, but not as severe as some animals. They don't have that high of a ranking on the endangered scale.
The LONGLEAF PINE and maybe the BALSAM FIR are examples.
Extinct species are no longer alive, or in existence. If you mean endangered, there are a multitude, including the bald eagle and others.
