Mitochondria
that's actually a trick question. Cellular respiration takes place in 3 stages being glycolysis, the citric acid cycle, and the electron transport chain. Glycolysis takes place in the cytoplasm of the cell and the citric acid cycle and electron transport chain take place in the mitochondria of the cell. If you in 7-8th grade the answer would be mitochondria. If you are in high school Biology I would say cytoplasm and mitochondria.
Energy is extracted from nutrient molecules through the process of glycolysis. The energy that is released is stored in ATP molecules, which is the energy currency of the cell.
Just as in your cells; mitochondria. Remember, chloroplasts convert light energy into food. ( and structural material, for instance )

Mitochondria
cellular respiration
It extracts water and nutrients from the soil.
The process of cellular respiration extracts the energy found in glucose.

I believe it is true. its is true I hope this helped ^^
Chemicals and nutrients released by decaying plant (and animal) matter - is absorbed through the plants roots. The plant extracts the usable nutrients - using the energy gained to increase in size or reproduce.
The digestive system processes your food and extracts nutrients from it.
Your body does not make energy, it extracts it from the food you eat.
It extracts water and nutrients from the soil.
The process of cellular respiration extracts the energy found in glucose.
it sends out thremal heat
what atre the non energy producimg nutrients .
Cells and carbohydrates are the two nutrients which store energy.
carbohydrates
Nutrients that are known energy foods are bananas...
Some get nutrients and by eating other organisms get energy from the sun, and nutrients from the water around them energy.
