Buckingham Palace/Buckingham Fountain.
Buckingham Fountain was designed by architect Edward H. Bennett and built by the city of Chicago in 1927. The fountain was funded by a gift from Kate Sturges Buckingham, in memory of her brother, and it was inspired by the Latona Fountain at the Palace of Versailles. It is one of the largest fountains in the world and a prominent feature in Grant Park.

The fountain in the Crystal Palace, known as the Great Fountain, was approximately 300 feet (91 meters) tall. It was designed by Joseph Paxton for the 1851 Great Exhibition in London and was one of the tallest fountains of its time. The fountain was notable for its impressive display of water, which was propelled by a system of pumps. However, it was dismantled after the exhibition, and the Crystal Palace itself was later destroyed by fire in 1936.
