How do you transfer a HTML file to the internet?

First you have to have a File Server or a Host that will allow you to upload your file. Then you can use a type of program that is known as a "File Transfer Protocol" software. This program will log-in to the Host's File Server and locate the appropriate folder and move the program for you. You can search the internet and find free FTP software to do this. BUT you have to have a website to upload the file to. You can register for a website NAME. You can do this yourself or some places will do this for you and then rent you the file server space for your files.

When i open Xp then it says Windows Script Host can not find script file CDocuments and SettingUSERboot.vbs.?

Assuming the message states,"Windows Script Host cannot find the script file C:\Documents and Settings\<Username>\boot.vbs", where <Username> is your user account name. Sounds like a crippled virus or worm. The computer thinks it is supposted to start the script upon Windows startup, but the file is missing. There is no such file included with Windows by default.

How does the HOST file relate to DNS?

The host file provides a list of static DNS entries for a specific computer. Otherwise, the server queries a DNS server for name lookup.
