When i first made the closing credits to a movie i first watched some closing credits to see how they would look.I downloaded VideoTagger which is actually an application that purely creates movie credits. It was really simple to choose the templates that I wanted to use for each section, and really make it my own by using different fonts, colors, graphics, and stuff. Then I just created the credits and attached it to my movie in my regular film editor - which allowed me to put music over it and everything!
The intention at the time was to release For Your Eyes Only as the next Bond film. However, after the success of Star Wars, producers decided to film Moonrakerinstead.
Blake Shelton does sing the song Footloose. The song Footloose was played in the 2011 film Footloose.
The last song closing the film was "Taxi to Heaven" by Pray for Rain .
The only crazy credits for this film is that there is a Director Wrangler listed and the band playing in the closing credits call out the Actors names. There is no mention of a Disapproving Women being striken from the end credits. This would in fact be against film union rules to do so.

The people who develop credits for films are given the names and titles of contributors, plus the contractual obligations for position and relative type size that some contributors have negotiated in their project contracts.The format, per se, is not a standard, and the credits people craft examples of credits that the director and perhaps producer review and approve before the final credits are crafted.
