None. Unless you are taking photographs, filters just hinder the view of a galaxy. The best way to get good views is with a sky with no light pollution.

Optics is the study of the behavior of properties of light, and there were quite a few philosophers that inspired Newton such as Robert Boyle, Rene Descartes, Sir Frances Bacon, and especially Galileo Galilee. This should help..

Look at the Sun through some VERY dark filters (for example, welding glasses), and enjoy. Warning: Do NOT look at the Sun through a telescope, not even with a dar filter. However, you can project the image from a telescope onto a piece of paper.
A water filter (such as a coffee filter) should do the trick.
Yes it is. Everything you can see without a telescope (nd most of what you can see with a small telescope) is within the Milky Way galaxy with the notable exception of the Andromeda galaxy which you can see with the unaided eye. (But it should be pretty dark to be able to see it).
If you have the money and the diplomatic support, you should by the Hubble Space Telescope.
Observing nature.
First, I should mention bad methods. Looking at the Sun directly can harm your eyes. Watching it through a telescope or binoculars is even worse, since the concentrated light and heat will damage your eyes faster than you can shut them. (With a telescope, or even with a simple magnifying glass, you can easily start a fire if you use it to concentrate sunlight.) Dark filters in front of a telescope may not offer sufficient protection. So, you basically have two methods: 1. Look at the Sun without a telescope, through a dark filter, such as dark glasses specifically sold as Sun-watching glasses. I am not quite sure whether welding glasses offer sufficient protection in this case. 2. With a telescope, project the Sun's image onto a sheet of white paper, or a similar white surface. Watch this projected image.
it should be the hubble space telescope because it can see 10 times better than a normal telescope

Galaxy Tab.
You need a very, very dark filter - for example, welding lenses. Under no circumstances should you look at the Sun through a telescope or binoculars, not even with dark lenses. It will burn your eyes. However, you can project the Sun's image from a telescope onto a white sheet of paper, or other white surface.
No. You should purchase a case specific for the Galaxy S6 edge.
when you look into the telescope you should see a blue x like in the corner click on it and there you go
