There is only 1 place in the state that that sells wine based alcohol flavors and one citrus alcohol legal in beer and wine bars. Premium Blends in Miami and Drynxs in Tallahassee. Be careful. The premium blends has only a few liquor flavors while the Drynx brand has 23 flavors, Liquor flavors, schnapps, and ready to drinks. They both have web sites. Google premium blends or mydrinxs.

See link for more information, and a list of some of the flavors whose esters it is possible to produce.
