In Utah there is a similar bug except it is slightly larger than a lady bug called, Box Elder Bug
A milkweed bug. I hate them
The flying insect that is black with orange bands on its body seems to be a honey bee. Honey bees are native to Southeast Asia and are so-called because of their ability to produce and store honey.
More information is needed to properly identify a bug with a white body and black wings. It's most likely a whitefly or a termite.
