Well, if you just got them....then what ever you do, DO NOT EAT HARD THINGS!!!!i got mine off a couple weeks ago but the first night i had them, i ate ice cream on a cone and the cone (which i made bite sized pieces) Broke almost my whole top brackets!!!!! Be careful on hard things, and also sticky things. Sticky and hard things can tear your glue off of the tooth and brackets...
Nuts = no
burgers= wait until you think you can handle it because it could make you sore
cones= NO
ice cream= sure (brush your teeth afterwards)
fries= same as burgers
toffe= not until you get your braces off
