Good question! Not many people know or understand this. You can find sugar in every single food you eat, even though you might not taste it. There may be a lot of sugar that you can taste, for example in candy. Or there may be just a pinch of sugar that you can't taste at all, for example celery. That is why it is important to look at the nutrition facts on the side of the food you buy, if you are trying to stay as healthy as possible.
