Due to a stomach disordered my doctor has put me on organic food. We are leaving for Aruba on Friday--I packed for check in: cereal, nuts, pancake mix, and I included cheese again everything is organic. I think I am ok with everything but uncertain about taking the cheese. One continental rep. said yes one said no. Do you know the answer? Diana

∙ 14y agoyes, food can be packed. If you happen to be going on a trip and are wondering which foods to pack, do NOT pack the following:
- eggs, yogurt, any dairy products
- foods that need to be kept in a freezer and then need to be thawed
- snacks that need to be microwaved or heated
- liquids
- any food that can spoil easily
