For the highest amount of fiber in manufactured type food,(for example cereal), bran flakes are going to be the tops. Whether you like Raisin Bran, or just Bran flakes they are going to be your best bet. Fruits and vegetables are very high in fiber as well. A few on the list containing high amounts of fiber are beans, such as navy bean,etc. Included as well in the vegetables would be chickpeas,lentils, and lima beans. Whole wheat flour also has a high ranking for fiber intake. As far as fruits go, tomatoes, apples, avacados,Oranges, cantaloupes, papayas, dates, and mangos. In general just about any of the raw fruits, and vegetables will have beneficial amounts of fiber in them.
