There are many uses for parsley. It's good to sprinkle alone on meat or mixed with other spices. It's great to sprinkle on baked potatoes or in just about any vegetable dish, and in soups and stews. It can also serve as a garnish to simply make a dish look "pretty". It is mild in flavor but definitely enhances the flavor of just about any dish you use it in. It's good to use during the cooking process or sprinkle on or mix in after the food is cooked.

It also helps eliminate "garlic breath". That is why some restaurants put it on the plate as a garnish.
